Office of Research and Sponsored Programs - (UW-Whitewater)
The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) provides information and assistance to UW-Whitewater faculty and staff in identifying funding in support of scholarship and program development, and can also assist in the writing of proposals. All funding request proposals made by UW-Whitewater faculty and staff to any outside agency must be approved by the ORSP before submission.

Funding Information Center - (Marquette University)
The Center at Marquette University has information on Wisconsin's private foundations, a directory of all private foundations in the country, and more. The Center is free and open to the public; a photo ID is needed for a day pass. Materials do not circulate. -
Grants Information Center - (UW-Madison)
UW-Madison's Center, located in Memorial Library, has information on Wisconsin resources for funding, as well as funding sources for individuals and resources for non-profit organizations. Links to this information are provided through their website. The Center is free and open to the public; a photo ID with a current address is needed for a visitor's pass. Materials do not circulate.

The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance
A huge database of federal assistance programs. Eligibility requirements and information on the application and award process, as well as other necessary information, are provided. Federal Register
The Federal Register is "the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations." These notices include grant information, such as application deadlines. Search tips are provided. (Volumes for 1994-2009 are online.
