Uniform Commercial Code (Legal Information Institute, Cornell Law School)
All US states (except Louisiana) have adopted and adapted provisions from the Uniform Commercial Code, which governs credit, bank transactions, and the sale of goods. This site links to the text of the articles of the this model statute. Also includes handy links to the UCC as adopted in state codes.
