The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Area Research Center has Federal Census Schedules for Jefferson, Rock and Walworth Counties for the following years: 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880, 1900, and 1920. The ARC has Wisconsin State Census Schedules for Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth Counties for the following years: 1855, 1875, 1885, 1895, and 1905.
