Is it Online or in Hard Copy?
Once you have run a search, you will mostly likely see two types of results. Those beginning with the phrase "A) Articles for course" are for the electronic reserves, such as articles and chapters, and are divided up by course. Those beginning with a title are for "hard copy" materials such as books and videos which you must come to the library to see.
In the "item record" for a course's eReserves
there is an E-Items field which has a generic message(s) such as Click here to view electronic file, the title and author of a document or a description of a document, such as Chapter 3, part 2. Click on a message to open the PDF copy of the item. To print or save an item for personal use, click on the File menu in the upper left corner of the Acrobat Reader® display. Select Print, Save or Save As.
Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader® is required to view these files.
If an item is in hard copy, it is physically located in Andersen Library. The location field will have the message Temporarily Shelved at [Reserve]. Write down the instructor, title and call number, then ask for it at the Circulation Desk. When you check out the item, they will let you know how long you can have it. Most check out periods for reserves are 1-4 hours.
For assistance, contact a reference librarian at (262) 472-1032, by email or chat or in person at the Library's Reference Desk.
