The Item Record

The first half of the Brief View of the Item Record provides information about the item itself, such as who published it and other citation details. The Brief View also indicates what type of material it is, in brackets. If there is not a word in brackets, the item is a book, government document or pamphlet, and you may use the location to deduce which one it is (Main Collection contains books).
