Library Services for Off-Campus Users
What can I do from off-campus?
You can use the majority of online library resources, such as databases and e-reserves, from anywhere in the world. You will notice that resources with limited access (those restricted to UW-W faculty, staff and students) will have a red W (
) next to the link. Just log in with your UW-W NetID and password and you're all set.
I'm a distance education student. What do I need to know about using the library?
Distance education (DE) students qualify for additional library services - please refer to the Library Services for DE Students page for more information.
What can I do if I have difficulties using library resources off-campus?
First, check out the troubleshooting page for a list of known issues and solutions on how to correct them. If that doesn't work, please contact the Reference Desk, either by phone at 262.472.1032 or through Ask a Librarian.
