Requests for Material

• Use the Acquisitions Forms to request that the library purchase a book or other materials for our collection.
• Use the Universal Borrowing form to request material from UW campuses.
  This form is restricted to UW-Whitewater faculty, staff, and students only.
• Use the ILLIAD form to request material from another library be sent here for you to borrow.

Requests for Assistance

• Use the Ask a Librarian Form to send a question to a reference librarian via chat or e-mail.
• Use the Special Collections Research Request Form to request research information from the Andersen Library Special Collections.

Requests for Course Support

• Use the Reserves Request Form to request that material be placed on reserve in the library for your class.
  This form is restricted to UW-Whitewater faculty and staff only.
• Use the Video Booking Form to book a video to show in class.
  This form is restricted to UW-Whitewater faculty and staff only.
• Use the Designated User Permission Form if you wish to have someone else copy material and/or check out item(s) for you at the library.
