Title List Example

This is a screen print from the catalog showing a Title List, which is the result of a Search by Keyword for love and war.

The first column is the Number column, which includes a number denoting the order of the heading on the result list, starting with one at the top, and proceeding down the page.

The second column is the Full Title column, which includes title of the item, and may also include information about the authors following a slash / mark. In this example, the Full Title column contains:

• Exception to the rulers : exposing oily politicians, war profiteers, and the media that love them / Amy Goodman with David Goodman.
• Family on trial in revolutionary France / Suzanne Desan.

The third column is the Author column, which includes the name of the first author, last name first name, followed by that person's date of birth and death, or as much of this information as is known. In this example, the Author column contains:

• Goodman, Amy, 1957-
• Desan, Suzanne, 1957-

The fourth column is the Date column, which lists year that the item was published. If the item record is for a serial or set, the publication date of the first/oldest volume is listed. In this example, the Date column contains:

• 2004
• 2004

Beneath the title, author and date information in each numbered row, is a highlighted section that lists the Location, Call Number and checkout Status of that item.
